I’m excited to share a video tour of the 2013 O’More Designer Show House, hosted by Traditional Home’s Senior Architecture Editor Amy Elbert. I’m also proud to spread the news that the dining room, designed by Crysta Allsbrooks Parish of Dana Goodman Interiors in Nashville, made the cover of the July/August issue!
In another amazing twist for the Little College That Could – for any published project, actually – every designer and room in the house ended up being featured in the 15 page article!
The issue is on newsstands now, so do me a solid and support print media by picking up a copy for a closer look at the home’s details. Pretty pictures and great resources are the lifeblood of the design industry, and Traditional Home is one of its biggest cheerleaders. Besides, you probably shouldn’t use your tablet in the bathtub anyway.
And with that, I give you Amy Elbert’s extensive video tour of the O’More Designer Show House. (Be sure to take mental notes and share your opinions in the comment section.)
The site for the 2014 O’More Designer Show House is established and Traditional Home is onboard as the presenting sponsor. I look forward to sharing the process with you!
Designers love constructive feedback. Well, maybe love isn’t the right word. We’re trained to appreciate it, take it in, learn from it and integrate new ideas into our work. In school, we present our projects to a jury of a small group of clients, professors, architects and designers. Out in the real world, we’re judged by millions. (Witness: Houzz.)
All of that to say, I would love to get your feedback on the 2013 O’More Designer Show House – How about that rocking Laundry Room? – so get the conversation started by leaving a comment below!
