|VICOMTESSE BY JACQUES GARCIA FOR BAKER|
The second corner chair is more feminine. Notice how beautifully it works with the more modern elements in this vignette. That is what makes something a “classic.” It has the ability to move among time periods and changes in taste or style, and still remain relevant. The use of a solid upholstery fabric helps to keep it fresh. It would have a decidedly different feeling if you chose a floral pattern and quite another with a bold, graphic print.

The third chair is my personal favorite. Part of a brand new line from an experienced interior designer, it bridges the gap between traditional and modern, and merges the masculine and feminine beautifully. It would be at home in any design plan. The line had a very successful launch and the booth won Best of Show in its debut. The entire collection is lovely. I’ll take two of these, please!
