For those of you who were interested, I’ve got the source for the lighting and chairs featured in the kitchen from The Nest at Serenbe. I should have known they came from Ballard Designs, a long time Fine Life favorite resource for original works and inspired reinterpretations of classic pieces!

The chandelier comes in three sizes. The largest one was used in the model home.
|ELDRIDGE PENDANT $149.00-$349.00|
The chairs come as a pair. You wouldn’t want one to be lonely, would you? They are available in three colors: chestnut, used in this kitchen, black, and white.
|CONSTANCE SIDE CHAIR, SET OF TWO $299.99|
My favorite new idea from Ballard is this fantastic bag and shoe storage unit. Now, I just need a dressing room to put it in!

I know this storage tower seems pricey, but not everyone has access to tools and a workshop, or the knowledge and skill required to build something like this. If one of you do-it-yourselfers out there decides to replicate this beauty, please share the details and final results!
If you are visiting, or live in, the Atlanta area PLEASE make time for a side trip to one of two Ballard’s Backroom locations. I have picked up some incredible bargains there. I know you will find more treasure than Capt. Jack Sparrow!
In super cool news, I just discovered that Ballard has two retail locations, both in Florida. One is in Tampa, and the other is in Jacksonville, and there is now a third Backroom location in West Chester, Ohio. Lucky shoppers!
